    According to the latest NSE report<\/strong>, there are currently 10 crore registered investors<\/em><\/strong> in the country, and an impressive 22%<\/em><\/strong> of them are women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Since 2015, the number of women investors has surged by an impressive 6.8 times<\/em><\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A report shared by CAMS in February 2024 shows that there are 76%<\/em><\/strong> of Indian women who are inclined towards investing in Equity. 6%<\/em><\/strong> of them invests in non-equity assets. And the rest 18%<\/em><\/strong> invests in both Equity and Non-Equity Instruments.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    What\u2019s even more exciting part? The majority of the women in investing which is 36%<\/em><\/strong> lies between the age 25-35<\/em><\/strong>. The women aged between 36-50<\/em><\/strong> accounts to 35% <\/em><\/strong>of the total. 14% lies between the age group of 51-60<\/em><\/strong>. And the remaining 14%<\/em><\/strong> accounts to the women above the age of 60<\/em><\/strong>. \u00a0This growing trend not only reflects a growing awareness of financial independence among young women but also a commitment on how women are taking control of their financial futures.<\/p>\n<\/div>

    Women Participation in Mutual Funds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    According to the industry report, there\u2019s a significant increase in the number of women investing through Mutual Funds. The participation of women has surged from 15% in March 2017<\/strong> to 21% in December 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
