Job Description: Senior Client Support Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional
    manner.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information about mutual fund products.
  • Research and resolve issues related to transactions, accounts, statements, NAVs, dividends, tax implications, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as fund houses, registrars, banks, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Track and report client feedback, complaints, and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain and update client’s records and documentation in compliance with SEBI regulations.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their queries are resolved and their expectations are met.
  • Educate and guide customers on the benefits of mutual fund investments and the features of our platform.
  • Identify and escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate team or manager.
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends, fund performance, and regulatory changes affecting mutual fund investments.

Candidate Profile:

  • MBA/Inter CA
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client service in the mutual fund industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and online platforms.
  • Knowledge of mutual fund products, services, processes, and policies.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • NISM certification in mutual fund distribution or equivalent.
