Job Description: Process Coordinator
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify process gaps, malfunctions, and red flags; submit reports to management.
- Coordinate with process owners and department heads for timely task completion.
- Monitor end-to-end processes, maintain daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
- Provide regular process updates and exception reports to superiors.
- Create and maintain Sales KPI dashboards; track and map leads.
- Manage pre- and post-client data for events/webinars and operations.
- Oversee client gifting activities and ensure timely delivery.
- Support team handling and new process implementations.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Commerce/Management or related field.
- 2– 4 years of experience in operations/process coordination (financial services preferred).
- Advanced MS Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, dashboards).
- Strong follow-up, execution, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
