Job Description: Process Coordinator

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify process gaps, malfunctions, and red flags; submit reports to management.
  • Coordinate with process owners and department heads for timely task completion.
  • Monitor end-to-end processes, maintain daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
  • Provide regular process updates and exception reports to superiors.
  • Create and maintain Sales KPI dashboards; track and map leads.
  • Manage pre- and post-client data for events/webinars and operations.
  • Oversee client gifting activities and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support team handling and new process implementations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Management or related field.
  • 2– 4 years of experience in operations/process coordination (financial services preferred).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, dashboards).
  • Strong follow-up, execution, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
